Ha Drake on Xbox. We will see peace in the Middle East before that happens. Gears on PS4 is a possibility though (however slim).

slim?

more like 50/50

However slim was placed there to show it is in the realm of possibility unlike Drake on the Xbox which is 0. I'm unsure if it is 50/50, though. But let's wait and see what happens.

Playstation = The Beast from the East

Sony + Nintendo = WIN! PS3 + PSV + PS4 + Wii U + 3DS

If it happened with dmc, ace combat, mgs, final fantasy and gta, im sure it can happen with gears.

I love the part with River because that map must have been one of the best Horde Maps, this is where Gears 2 Horde excelled for me and this where having your own friends ready and not some Public horde party makes a big difference in the experience and gameplay. It's just as you say in your post there was always an exciting feeling towards the 10th round inch each "tier" where it was like "we have to win this guys" and then they made the waves even more powerful that is where Gears 2 excelled for me.

Maybe saying you can't die on Gears 3 was an exageration but the point still remains Insane on Gears 3 felt like the baby of Normal and hardcore in Gears 2 which kind of made things boring after some hours especially if you had 4 friends with you all the way instead of having a public horde match. With all this said I found one particular point in Gears 3 which really made Horde at least playable and that was the occasional Brumak or whatever that appeared on every 10th round, that was just epic to even pull off something like that was really impressive from a technical view and gameplay view.

Again I won't really say anything about Beast mode because I seriously didn't like it at all, I would have loved to have Horde reversed completeley instead of having beast mode which seriously was mediocre at best

I think the ability to put the buffs and perks on in Horde was genius and if used properly they really improve the Horde experience.  I can see why private players in particular like the old horde more, I think it's a lot better public experience now.  Hopefully they'll take some of the Horde criticisms on board and improve it further in future.  Anyway, I just wanted to explain the opinion difference .

I assume it might be possible, if we look in past Sony with PS3 did let go of many of its exclusive (Tekken, Ace Combat, Final Fantasy, Devil may cry etc) as they were pretty confident about their first party development and wanted to invest in acquiring new studios and new IP. In the same generation MS first party studio were next to nil compared to Sony's, so they had to invest in signing exclusive deals with third party developers, to keep 360 relevant besides Halo! and along the way acquiring more studio. Now I assume that MS First party support is almost on par with Sony's and like sony did with PS3, they too might feel confident about supporting 720 with exclusive from their own studios and would avoid investing in third party franchise like Gears to keep it exclusive, they might get somesort of exclusive deal (DlC, timed). So there is a big chance of gears coming to PS4. And if that is the case I assume they will be wrapping up the story in Gears of Wars Judgment.. and will start a new stories and character for next generation... sounds plausible

thanks! this image was released few days back by sony along with other High Res (4k) screenshot of K:SF.

I just noticed how low the pre-orders are for GEoW:Judgement.

Could it be that MS isn't marketing the game because they know its there last exclusive Gears?

It's all over my xbox dashboard. Even silver members see the giant Judgement videos and ads.

It just hasn't been well marketed outside of the dashboard. Give it another week or so and we'll see the tv ads all over the place.

It's just that simple.

someone just posted another article where an Epic developer talks about Gears series being continued next-gen
