I think it will come in a casing of some sort even though Sony implied that it wouldn't at their event.

In America.....
$400 - 256GB PS4
$500 - 500GB PS4 bundle w/ Knack and 1 year PlayStation Plus membership
1 year of PS Plus and a game thrown in are ways for Sony to make it worth the gamer to buy the bigger bundle. They essentially give the gamer $100 worth of stuff without really costing them anything.

I'd take it. I hope all the features shown by the Gaikai CEO are included in Plus. It only makes sense since Sony has spent so much of this gen building up that service's reptutation.
Prices: $450-$500
Release- November (assuming Worldwide here)
FW sales (with Wii U comparisons):
America- 380k (Wii U 472k)
Europe- 300k (Wii U 184k)
Japan- 180k (Wii U 306k)
Total- 860k (Wii U 956k)
End of 2013 (if launched WW)- 1.85mil (Wii U 2.26mil)
Weekly sales thereafter (i.e. January-March on average)- 75k (Wii U around 50k)
So the Wii U launches stronger, but the PS4 remains more competitive later.
Launch: November in NA and Japan. Februry or March in PAL territories
Price: $350 for basic SKU and $450 for the premium package.
Launch games: Killzone:Shadow Fall, Watch Dogs, Fifa 14, Knack.
Sales in the first Year: 10million
I expect a $400 and a $500 model. Also i can see a PS4+Vita bundel happening, if they can get the cheapest PS4 model to $350 i can see them sell a $500 PS4+Vita bundel.
For launch games i expect the biggest number of games in console history. It will probably have at least all major games that are coming to the PC this year(including COD) thanks to them using the X86 architecture, plus the exclusives that are already announced.
Identical to Wii U maybe a little less. I predict the PS3 will continue to outsell the PS4 for at least 3 years.

Man, I don't know. We still know so little.
Price: $450-$500
Launch games: Killzone, Watch Dogs, Diablo 3
Worldwide release: November 15, 2013
Sales by end of March: 3.8 million
If they make November release.
449/549 price
Killzone and DriveClub get good reviews 9/8
It will sale out, whatever they ship.
Ridiculous small HDD version: 349
Minimal setup cost for a decent gaming expirience: 499 (2 controllers, game, console, decent HDD)
weak first month sales, going below Wii U, picking up to overtake the Wii U's alligned sales by month 3
Killzone: Shadow Fall will release shortly after launch, but not at launch.
