If that was Xenogears by Square as a direct competitor to Monolith Soft's X, the internets would blow up.

This needs to be remade/rebooted. Without any Final Fantasy games overshadowing it in the future, and a good budget from Sony, they could pull out with some decent voice acting, music, and amazing graphics on PS4. It would probably be considered one of the top RPGs in a long time even if the story or characters turn out mediocore (as the reviewers claimed happened the first time).
