I cant wait for this movie ^.^

I really like Daniel Craig's portrayal of Bond, he just seems more believable than the rest. I hated how outrageous, forgettable, and terrible the movies were getting in the series before Casino Royale.

They got the title from 1 of the short stories of Ian Flemming (the spiritual father of 007). I enjoyed Casino Royale more than Goldeneye, wich is the best Bond movie with Brosnan. And it deserves a game adaption better than Goldeneye! Oh well a great movie licenced game will probably not happen any time soon I'm affraid.

Brosnan was the main Bond I saw for years too, and he was alright, but Die Another Day sucked, and his style was getting old...as was he as well...

I knew Daniel Craig from Layer Cake...loved that movie, and I remember watching Layer Cake and thinking he'd make a good Bond replacement. Glad I wasn't alone in that thought.

I reckon the weird new title for the movie will justify how much money the movie makes compared to the other ones in the series with cool names e.g. Casino Royal, Goldeneye, Die Another Day

Well I refuse to watch a movie with the word 'Quantum' in the title. It really annoys me for some reason.

Well, the title refers to his position after the end of CR (i.e. heartbroken - denied his 'Quantum of Solace' if you will.

Also, in a funny way the point of CR was he wasn't Bond yet - at least not as we think of Bond. He was just an agent with a lot of potential who ends up seriously considering getting out while he can.

It's only at the very end, after the final beytral, that he 'becomes' Bond, which is why that's the only time we hear the traditional theme.

So the next film will be the first where we see Graig play 'Bond' throughout, and I'm guesing from what they've released he's going to be seeking a 'Quantum of Solace' through revenge... so I guess the soul searching elements of this take will continue.

As for favourite 'Bonds' well...
