i google this site just today and wanted a site that provided sales and vgchartz just popped up under the search. nice site dude and how do you make threads, im a noob at this i can't seem to find the way to make one.

Go to the toolbar under vgchartz with community and chartz etc. Scroll over forum, choose the forum you want it in. Click, then there shuold be a button in the top right saying "Create New Thread"
