I am mainly worried about the load times on the 3DS. Swapnote load times are pretty damn slow... Hopefully, they can somehow improve Swapnote with an update and have Miiverse run decent.

I would expect that the handheld gets its own 3DS Chat and you could videochat with 3DS or WiiU users.
And also the mobile App should have access to Miiverse and Nintendo Chat.

If they let you chat between devices like this, there would be less need for Skype on the systems.
