Day one for me. Didnt like Killzone 1 and 2 but Killzone 3 chanced everything. This looks insane for a launch title.

For all the people saying there is no big difference between Killzone 3 and this game. You relly need new glasses.

lol the "does not compute" attitude is what I find cute in a PS fan.



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Thats typically what sequesls are, souped up versions of its predecessors with new gameplay elements. In killzone's case we saw some sort of alt fire return from the original, chain brutal melee kills, and a focus mode- and thats from a 5 minute demo.

Combat gameplay was improved, but graphically, when shooting started it looked like a PS3 100% maxed out game.

Now you just keep saying something that isn't close to being true. Let me ask you a question: Do you expect to see souped up 360 games for 720?

The graphics didn't change when the shooting started, no matter how many times you like to say it. 

Well the smoke did take away that draw distance that the skyline had going. Sorry, I just dont see it. The skyline scenery was next gen, on that you have no argument from me.

Call of Duty doesn't appear to have hurt other shooters, loooking at the rising sales of Halo or Battlefield. From 2010 - 2012, CoD always released alongside another FPS that didn't seem harmed by CoD's presence. If anything, CoD probably helped those games because of an increased FPS market. And if you include TPS shooters, then you can go all the way back to 2007 to look at all the shooters that released alongside CoD which were very successful.

If anything, I would expect a CoD launch title to help all other launch title games. Since CoD is a big series it would attract a lot of gamers who wouldn't have otherwise purchased a console. These gamers are going to buy a few more gamers to complement their new console since early adopters typically buy the most games. Killzone would need to be about one of the top 5 launch titles and it would likely see decent sales since there won't be that much more competition.

I'm just so stupid I don't understand you trying to put a down side on everything. 

The new Killzone looks amazing and alot better then the previous KZs, I'm just happy Somy didn't release 6 Killzone on the PS3 and the new one looks so different but still KZ ;) don't you just hate when boring FPS games are milked like crazy and never move forward.
