Well, from one perspective, even if 'dork' is a mild word, it's still technically flame-bait ... even though by my standard, it's kinda funny and ridiculous you called someone a 'dork' (I mean, we're all dorks in a way for loving games). Is it really that hard to understand that you cannot make fun of other users here?  It's pretty simple to not make fun of other people.

People can curse all they want (though please keep thread titles safe for work) and express their opinion all they want, but 1) do not make fun of other users (this includes calling them dorks) and 2) don't troll.

From someone who has been in a lot of heated discussions I'm going to say you are wrong. I've seen people banned for more questionable reasons than that. It is pretty reasonable why you was banned. I've been banned I think twice? Early on for calling someone a fanboy andmore recently by the mod above me for spam.

In most cases though I get warnings and I think the mods do a pretty decent job. Honestly I think they need to crack down a little more.

I dont doubt that, I've seen some nasty stuff posted in my day on all sides, but most of the Sony fans got banned for being WAAAAAY over the top.  I'm saying moreso that this site is heavily populated by Sony fans, so there's a lot more people with itchy clicking fingers ready to report anything that goes against Sony.

The issue is that mods stop truth being said. If someone is actiong weird or said something brain dead retarded, you can't tell them. Instead you're meant to kiss ass and hug some fat weirdo. Well no thanks, I'll pass on getting 3 week old spunk and cheetos on me.

Oh, I won't deny that they're funny, but I find that particular one to be profoundly disturbing. They just keep getting more and more horrific. I honestly don't know how much more I can take.
