Wait where the hell is the PS4!?

U$449, will include a 3 month trial of PSN+
40.000 Yen, will include just the console
449 euro, will include a 3 month trial of PSN+

Sony with not lose money with each console, but will also not win, It will sell at cost.

The rumored two SKUs at ~$400 and ~$500 seem plausible enough.

Have some time to kill? Read my shitty games blog. http://www.pixlbit.com/blogs/586/gigantor21

:D

two models, one for 400$ the other with more memory and a free PS+ for 450$ (maybe 1 year free PS+, maybe 3,6 months i dont know)

I think at least $450. It was reported that it will be "above $400" so $450 is a good start. A model that is north of $500 is not out of the question. Probably barebones at $450 and something with a game or PS+ or more HD space or something that comes in at $550. If the yen falls more it could play a factor in pricing. That said, PS3 is still $299 and this new system is way more expensive to make than PS3... so maybe $499 is the starting point?

$499 for the best package. I think once again it'll be too expensive during launch

$399-$499

My bet: $449 the Premium and $399 the Basic.

429$ and 499$

499$ sounds about right.

399$ is what Sony should aim for but with the hardware specs they just announced this seems like wishful thinking

I think both Sony and M$ will have a two console option, one cheaper and the other for more devoted gamers. I still think they should take a page out of M$ book and offer the premium ps+ service for 2 years and knock off $150 or so from the price, like a cell phone plan in a way. Pay $200 up front and then an extra $20 a month for 2 years. PS+ is great not to mention the free games! Its a win/win for sony and consumers.

But what i think will happen anyways is a static price of around $400 for the basic and around $500 for the pro version.
