Their showing just didn't do it for me. I don't know, I suppose if you're into the sort of stuff they showed, you'd like it. But for me, the games didn't look like anything new. I mean graphically, sure they looked great, but if we're talking from a pure GAMEPLAY standpoint, it just looks like the same old formula we've seen countless times. Shooters, racers, and more shooters.

If this is what gamers consider mind blowing these days and this is the supposed standard, maybe it's time for me to find a new hobby.

why are all your OPs aligned to the center?

They can still mess it up at E3. The PS3 information was already being supplied at GDC before the E3 "reveal". They still have some of the most important parts to cover. It was a decent press conference, but know that it is press conference I have to say it is mostly fluff and nothing world breaking, or what we didn't expect. The exclusives and timed exclusives were not impressive. (inFamous's introduction nearly made me want to turn it off the guy was being a little melodramtic.) The only surprise (8GB of GDDR RAM) makes me worry that Sony will either have a very expensive console or taking a bigger hit then they where with the PS3.

I think it makes it look fancy. Do you not like it?

I thought so too Pie. The only low part for me was the Blizzard part. Diablo was on the PS a long time ago so it just was a bit stupid to me.

Everything else was excellent in terms of presentation, content and getting the message across. This will ripple. I still believe the sales will not amplify too much (since the market is constrained), but it will definitely help.
