DQ quite the drop, but at least it reached the million. AC doesn't even surprise me anymore...

WiiU falling slowly. Vita

WiiU below 10k next week (and below Vita). Everything very week except 3DS.

And why do you think so?

Vita price cut.

I am guessing maybe 50K units sold for Vita.

plus PSO2 and a the new ice silver colour

So for some reason I'm thinking they drop deluxe wii u to the reg version price and discontinue the reg version after their fiscal year is up. I live my wii u but I have a feeling this is the new normal. Good few months for launch than people get stubborn and don't buy knowing the manufacture will be forced to drop the price. I'm thinking Sony figured if they wait it out people will give in and buy the system but that turned out not to be the case, hence why Sony is now dropping the price for vita. I wouldn't be surprised is ps4/720 have stellar two month sales then drop like a rock, until they have a price drop. It just seems the norm these days. IMO.

3ds no surprise. is PSP seeing it's last days in JP?

And another 3DS million seller in the books. Enough money for SE to sink in another Lightning fanfic that nobody cares about.

If there was a smilie with a hard eye roll, I'd be using it now.

so if i'm remembering right, that's a slight drop in 3DS from last week? still really good sales. everything else is depressing.

I think the 3DS was above 120k last week, so it's a notable drop. But the week before it was around 75k, so it's basically just on the way back to its baseline after the Dragon Quest VII release.

maybe not.  that's a pretty good hold so maybe it stays somewhat up from 75k.

japanese sales numbers are horrible-you just need few more than 10000 sales to reach the 3rd place.

Big, but expected drop from Dragon Quest. This is what I was saying about big second week drops (didn't mean to rub it in to all you guys predicting 2m+, but all it took was looking up the previous remake sales)! Tracking behind Dragon Quest VI on DS, which ended up with about 1.35m in Japan, so I expect this one to end up in a similar region. Still mightly impressive sales, and although it's not a series with particularly great legs, it's no bad feat to have front-loaded sales.

Otherwise, pretty dull. That Taiko game is having nice legs, especially for a Wii title. Demon Gaze finally slipping, but it has had an awesome run. Well end up above 50k physical, plus at least 20k digital, far surpassing expectations, which is always nice. That other Vita game I didn't even know was coming, so nice I suppose that it charted & so close to the PSP version's sales.

Hardware, meh. 3DS doing awesome and PS3 doing alright, everything else shocking. Wii-U teetering on the edge of sub-10k.

Next week is going to be absolutely horrific for Vita. A full week of sales with 6 of the 7 days post price cut announcement, so I wonder if it'll dip below the 4k we saw last year which was the week before they released new colours. The week after next, we'll have 4 days pre-price cut, and then 3 days post-price cut, so it'll be a choppy week, but should be significantly up.

PSP above Wii U on one chart :(. PSP is just to strong in Japan.

Which chart is more reliable. The first one or the second one?
