Water is not necessarily good for you. Depends where you live. Soda however is an absolute, you know how bad it is.

Nah, I like soda. I do give it up every year during Lent though.

I do the same with crack meth.

Good on ya. Must be tough to cold-turkey it for over a month. Do you get right back into it right after Easter, or do you ease yourself back into the habit?

needs to be pointed out that the body NEEDS sugar. but its correct avoid high fructose corn syrup. the body mixes sugar with oxygen to create energy (called resperation) much the way a plant needs carbon dioxide and sunlight to create sugar and air (called photosynthesis).

anyway some alternatives to soda include homemade teas and coffees. and the best source of sugar is raw honey. its predigested by little bees and full of enzymes that keep your imune system strong!

I usually start it back with a $450,000 crack party.

Of course people need carbonhydrates (including but by no means exclusive to refined sugar), but you don't by any means need soda to meet your body's need for it. I'm pretty sure all of us eat bread, pasta, rice etc. daily, add in some fruits and you have enough carbonhydrates for the day.

lol, haven't heard it called Soda in a while, everybody calls it pop here.

I need a glass of water.

when i stopped drinking soda i began to crave candy. after awhile i found raw honey and now my cravings are gone.

the body has a way of telling you what it wants
