On the japanese Dojo website, one of the games for the masterpieces is Fire Emblem: Mystery of the Emblem. So it pertty much confirms that he is in.

That actually does give very strong evidence for Marth's return. Ike isn't in that game, Marth is.

But I've been 90% sure of Marth's return since day 1 anyway.
