from the thread of the tittle i knew who was the author of this thread lol

Oh come on i'm not becoming that predictable am I!? :P

I knew you would say that

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

AAA is when the developers say so.

this is why wii never got a AAA title, I guess Nintendo might throw more money in games this gen and finally get a AAA game

So I'm confused. Super Mario Galaxy isn't AAA? Xenoblade Chronicles isn't AAA? A COD port isn't AAA? And isn't the AAA bar for the Wii as far as budget is concerned set a little lower, considering development costs are lower?

nope they were to cheap to make, super mario galaxy probably cost less than a game like haze and xenoblabe would have been a xboxlive or psn game if it was release on the HD twins

How much do Nintendo first party titles cost anyway?

If they were expected to sell well and bring in a lot of money then of course they're AAA.

when I say AAA game. I mean a game with a huge budget and high quality.

Nobody's perfect. I aint nobody!!!

Killzone 2. its not a fps. it a FIRST PERSON WAR SIMULATOR!!!! ..The true PLAYSTATION 3 launch date and market dominations is SEP 1st

Well its obvious that as the old term stops benefitting a certain group they would redefine it

As i said, make your own rules.  It still will never change the fact on what it truly means.  Indie games are not AAA and HD remakes are not AAA but they can still be critically acclaimed for brilliant gameplay, etc.

In fact your thread that you made was right, PS3 has more AAA exclusives that is rated higher than 90 (if you ignore the first Gears) but you included games that are not AAA like Trials and Journey.  It is actually 6 vs 7 ps3.  I'll mention a few games below that is AAA that hasnt reached a 90

Halo 4
Gran Turismo 5
Forza Horizon
Heavy Rain

Have you ever played Xenoblade? Cause if you think its a PSN or Xlive quality game then you are delusional.

only thing that makes a game AAA is metacritic. This has been well established since 2007. Now you come in here and try to redefine AAA. It aint happening. We all know once a game falls below 90 mark on metacritic it's no longer triple A. Also, we all know the importance of XBLA and PSN games to gamers. Every gamer goes on metacritic and compares AAA games and looks at each store before choosing a system.
