yeah sad and homorous,it's sad and humorous for people find everyway to shit on MS whatever they do,even do nothing
I don't mind a bit of banter between companies but I dislike arrogance. This seems to me like arrogance.
Pride always go before a fall.
I really hope MS cut out this kind of bragging and just get on with making a decent console.
All this entertainment system talk is annoying me. It takes away from what most people that buy a console want, games.
I already have a smart Samsung Blu-Ray player that does everything a x360 can but play games. Smart TVs can also do online entertainment and even motion sensing. Everything but play complex games. As prices of these TVs tumble they would be in many households. How many entertainment system does one need?
Games dammit, gimme games.
Rant over. back to work.

At least the PS3 has more than 1 game in this year and even NEW IPs!;)
Probably a reason why Microsoft said last year the 360 is more used for "apps" than games.
PS3 > 360 in every aspect.Games, entertainment(lol DvDs?) and PSN+ is the best online service on consoles.
I agree before 2008 the 360 was a lot superior but right now the PS3 is the console to have IF you HAVE to chose.

No it doesn't have a higher software rate..
If you are 25 months number 1 in the USA you get this kind of PR.

Yup... and MS doesn't release much exclusive software for Xbox 360 either What is strange to me is that in terms of new console sales... the Xbox 360 continues to do better than the PS3 (especially in the US) Maybe it's the "buy america" consumer patriotism, but on a product level... I don't consider the Xbox 360 to be anywhere near as good a value as the PS3. |
I've said it a few times before. Everything in the US is a popularity contest. Most of the "gamers" here don't even really care what they play, as long as it's popular. They don't have a real passion for the hobby or what kinds of experience the media of videogames can provide. They just want to do/play what's trendy. Microsoft is much better at advertising so basically people believe what they see. Most of those same people who swear the 360 is better than the PS3 don't even know the difference between a multiplat and an exclusive game. If you'd ask them what they dislike about the PS3, it'll pretty much be "PS3 has no games". Ya know, THAT old arguement that hasn't been true for years and is actually more true for Microsoft at this point.
720 could give you aids when you turn it on and people here will still buy it.

Hey MS how are those HD-DVD's doing for you?
Idiots.
Theyre being quite vocal lately, arent they?
I think theyre pretty even on that front. Both have certain advantages. The problem is this - People buy a videogame console primarily for videogames. Everything else is just an additional bonus...
