I do not really care which I use but I always thought of yahoo as inferior to Google so I just always googled.

The thing here is that I know a lot about this topic, and you're scrambling across google looking at 2011 articles. So I really don't have any desire to continue talking to you about this. I have nothing to learn from you here...

Those are facts, I wouldn't expect you to recognize them. If you want to take a look at quarterly financials for it, feel free. Like I said, it has yet to post a single profitable quarter. It's best quarter was a $400m+ loss. FACT.

No one is talking about how much bing makes. 

I'm just telling you that last quarter they had 400 million extra searches which makes a substantial amount of money. Advertisers pay anywhere between 5-50 dollars CPC per keyword so you do the math. And look up what CPC means first.

0.1% = 0.001 as a fraction. 17.6b (total searches) * 0.001(increase in market share) = 17.6m not 400m. You were only off by an entire order of magnitude; not bad.

Searches != CPC. I'm familiar with the term. I guess you aren't. Maybe look it up, bud.

Bing is pretty good in the U.S but here in Portugal is still in BETA.

I like Bing it gaves the same results as Google and better in images, some sites faster better in Google.

I see bing gaining market more and more now that Windows 8 is going to become more and more popular among Consumers and Bing has a Live tittle in the Metro Screen as Default, most people wont download Google App, i downloaded it and its pretty good.

Every day there's a new, colorful HD picture of something interesting. If you mouse over it, there are small boxes that present interesting info related to the image, as well as search results. There are also trending searches at the bottom, as well as controls to flip through HD images & animated backgrounds (all of which have interesting bits of info embedded). It's actually pretty interesting from time to time.

What did you want ?

To enter a market and win after some months ? Xbox took huge losse until it paid off, it will be the same for Bing ow Windows Phone.

it will be the same for Google if they enter the OS Pc Market. Or Office market, or Console Market. 

Windows is huge and Windows 8 will be getting extremely popular this year so Bing will increase their marketshare and when it gets out of BETA is most countries it will increase even more WW.

Google is huge and allways will be, there is room for more than 1 Search Engine, competition is good and we need it.

You guys dont know sh** about Business, luckly Microsoft knows their sh** and they know they cant quit after the first obstacle, people who quit are just losers.

Thank God MS wont quit thats why we have Windows today, Office and Xbox :) Among many others Microsoft and other companies products.
