Damn, that's some really freaking horrible numbers for the WiiU. PS3 must have pulled off some pretty decent numbers unless Wii had a very sudden and dramatic turnaround. We'll probably know soon enough though. Ninty are usually pretty forthcoming with their numbers.

The Wii U is really putting a damper on my plans to mock next-gen Sony/MS console sales once they're out.

I swear; with how low the Wii U is setting the bar, it's gonna be outright impossible for PS4/720 to seem like they have anything but godly sales when they release. ;(

3D Mario and Mario Kart should definitely be there, and they really need some Smash Bros. footage. Other than that, who knows?

I totally forgot about Mario Kart, silly me.

Im gonna go out on a limb and give a crazy prediction - Theres gonna be a Pokemon-like Skylanders game for Wii U. New generation, big Pokemon hype and a huge hit with kids. Its pretty much perfect timing for such a game and a gigantic money maker for Nintendo to boot.

yeah here's what a user said in reply to a similar comment like yours

"Nope. A lot of confidence right now. PS Meeting will set a certain expectation for folks, and E3 will show you what to expect from the first year. Sony Worldwide Studios has geared up for Orbis for a long time now. There will be a steady stream of games from them. This isn't even including third party efforts, of which there will be two very notable exclusives for Sony fans."
