I'm not even sure if this game will sell well on the PS3 or 360.

yup a game being cancelled is always positive news.

They didn't say it's always positive, but in this case wouldn't you say it didn't really matter if this game made it to Wii U or not? It's a dud and wouldn't generate profit or buzz on the system.

sure its a dud but its it's never good to  get to a game cancelled, it's basically confirming dices story about projects being cancelled on wiiu, and many third part games haven't generated profits or buzz from the looks of it, not even great ones.

"sega denied it"

dunno, but that seems relevant somehow..

Even if it were released on the Wii U it would still be a bad game.

Ha, it seems to be the trend lately

people buy bad games, look at the amazon reviews some people like it, but that's not the point, if this is really cancelled which i doubt, it would very bad news, cause a developer as put time in the version and think its not worth finishing cause the wii u games don't sell.

And people called me crazy for hating on Gearbox. They had the amazing privilege to work on an Aliens sequel and instead cared more about Borderlands 1 and 2 and churning out DNF.

What could have been had they managed their resources better. They had 6 years, all of which they spent on other projects. They deserve all the lambasting they get for this game and no misleading arguments about outsourcing will absolve them.

Game wouldn't have been cancelled because of the Wii U's sales. The game is bad and people know it, it would just be sent out to die.

aye indeed I would think they know that any disks used to press this game onto are wasted :D regardless of console, being able to save a few boxes of DVD's or Ninteny BluRay could save them a few thousand of the few million this game will lose.
