lol, People these days! This game will end up over 2mil lifetime easy! Next week will be a mil and continue to sell! People compare Remakes with originals all the time, dont kno why? Its like pokemon BW2. It sells well but few people think it bombed cuz its at 6mil while the Pokemon BW is almost at 15mil !

I always said flat or up... not down... 1.2m is flat... over is up... both are close 1.2m.

I don't expect 1.5m or even 1.4m... 1.2 to 1.3 million.

If a third party game on the 3DS doesn't outsell the Vita's LTD hardware sales, it is underperforming. That's how we measure success nowadays.

You think it's going to sell 400k more than the highest selling DQ remake on DS 'easy'?

If any game from the series can do it, it's this one (was insanely popular on the PS1).  I still think it's an uphill struggle, though.  Will be interesting to track how it does, anyway.

I guess so, yeah. Learn from the past, right? It will be interesting to follow the progress anyway (I have the tables saved just in case you choose to sneakily change them ), even if I think it'll fall somewhat short. We shall see, anyway.

tbone51 has a known drug problem. Trust me, you don't want to hear his expectations for Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon.

Or Fire Emblem, I guess. Though the Luigi's Mansion one is crazy indeed.

My HW prediction for 3DS when DQ came out was pretty close!
Happy that I was 200k off for the SW of the game.

The Wii U is now essentially the PSVita of home consoles. The only difference is that its hard to see the potential for the system beyond the obvious HD zelda, mario and smash bros.
