NO!! WTF Sony?

You release a AAA game in June, AGAIN?
They really don't know anything about marketing, do they? Damn...

Probably just delayed so they can release it on 360 and WiiU at the same time, that way they don't lose any potential sales by making the PS3 version a timed exclusive.

PS3 will be the only console with a demo though.

No like, Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2 are made by Platinum which is a third party developer. Meanwhile The Last of Us is made by Naughty Dog which is a first party developer for Sony. :p


Actually if you really think about it, Naughty Dawg is more like a 1.385th developer, so technically they can port their games to any console with a W,X, or any numbers in it's name. Thats from the official Naughty Dawg-Sony contract agreement that was signed in my presence seeing as how I work for Sonaughty Dawg.


What the hell are you talking about? Naughty Dog is not a second nor a third party developer. They havent done second party for Sony since the 90's. Sony expanded Naughty Dog and now they have two development teams within the same unit. One is for Uncharted and the other is for The Last of Us.

Honestly I was just poking fun at the Rayman announcement, but the knee jerk defensiveness kinda caught me by surprise.

 

Maybe it was a good thing that i called it when I did, to save anyone from further embarassment lol.

What is Sony thinking? releasing this game (a new IP) 1 week after E3 when most of the details of their new console are available (most likely price and release date)? Sure this will affect sales (if true).

That's pretty funny because I said last E3 that the game wouldn't be out by E3 2013.

No huge surprises here. Everything else has been delayed this year, I hope this isn't a pattern that will be followed going forward into next gen, though.
