I don't fully agree with him but he does bring some very interesting points. Do you agree on what this guy have to say?

Did you even watch the video? He mentions that during the first video game crash there was a bum in Europe for consoles like the commodore 64, but his point is that there are always exceptions even in the most "difficult" times. The bum of those consoles in Europe those not mean a loss of profitable products, but those numbers decrease A LOT do to the crash.

haha what a coincident! I just saw this one today myself!! How did you stumble upon it?
I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!
Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

There won't be a crash anywhere.

He does bring up a lot of interesting points, but I'm not knowledgeable enough to neither refute or confirm those...

First of all, that guy is annoying. What's with all the half-ass, convoluted metaphors? He's like a dinosaur that forgot his lunch-box on the crest of a volcano and is barreling headlong up a fiery explosion toward extinction--or something like that.
As for the content--what can be gleaned from the stream of embellishments, anyway--he never gives anything at all to support his position. I guess he's saying that FPS popularity will go down eventually? Probably, though I doubt it will crash anytime soon. My guess is that it will be a gradual decline. What does he want Microsoft, EA, and Activision to do in the meantime? Stop making FPS titles? How does that make sense?
If anything, EA and Activision are using the money from their most popular franchises to move into other markets. Who doesn't make iOS games nowadays, for example? All the big publishers are constantly trying to find the next big hit.
I'm really not sure what his point it. Markets go up and down, everyone knows that. The people in the video-game industry know that. I think even my cat knows that.

But what he says is not out of the question. The most successful games right now are FPS and third person shooters (like he said with some very exceptions like Portal or Minecraft), what happens if people lose interest in those games? Other genres aren't quite fulfilling publishers sales desire. Publishers used the money gain from those popular FPS games to invest in new IPs or other franchises, if that money doesn't come from anywhere, how will they pay the bills?
I not saying it will happen, but it's a possibility. But who knows people probably could never get tired of FPS or we can find a balance in successful types of genres. Honestly the only thing I don't agree with him is that he talks about facts, while imo all of what he says are speculations.
