He mentions that during the first video game crash there was a bum in Europe for consoles like the commodore 64, but his point is that there are always exceptions even in the most "difficult" times. The bum of those consoles in Europe those not mean a loss of profitable products, but those numbers decrease A LOT do to the crash.
