Resident evil 3. This game is awesome compared to his age.

This minus one change. Play the RE Remake if you can it's on Gamecube and Wii. It is literally 1000000x times better. I can't even play the original RE anymore it's awful compared to the remake. If it's your only option go for it but I can assure you the Remake is essential to play for any survival horror/RE fan. It's up there with RE4 and 2. Speaking of that, get RE4 too if you have never played it though honestly the HD upgrade isnt worth it and the PS2/GC versions will suffice much better as you can get them on the cheap. Resident Evil Code: Veronica X HD. It's the best RE and the last true survival horror RE before the series went all action Horror.

Why does it have to be a PSN game? Why not retail?

Unfortunately the horror genres has taken a turn for the worse this gen so I can't honestly advise much at all. The HD remakes of the Silent HIll games and the HD remake of RE4 are probably the only ones I would advise you to get, but If you've already played them on the PS2, you may not want to buy them again. Of course, there is Walking Dead too, which many really enjoy.

I forgot about RE4 and RE Code Veronica, they're great games too and have aged better.

I got no Wii or WiiU and y Xbox360 is not online, so that is why I request PSN advice. The plan was to play it on the hollydays here in Brazil (4 days of Carnaval). All the stores close....
