I already have something like this. One of the best purchases I've ever made!

admittedly i jumped the gun. i'll buy next yr.'s model.

i'll see what they come up with next yr. and buy that version, and wait every 3 yr.'s to purchase a new one. maybe every 4 yr.'s.

Saw this news earlier, and now I will hold off until the OUYA 2 at least. Hopefully the OUYA 2 next year will have Tegra 5.

yea i'd hold off to. i'd really have to see something big created on Ouya for me to consider an earlier purchase.

Ridiculous. They don't even know the first one will sell. What if people hold off for higher performance and a mature game library?

Trouble is only iPhone craziest buy a new phone every year. The rest of us buy a new phone when we need to, which is every e years or so (or even longer). I don't like this disposable console concept, creates too much e-waste and this has just made me less inclined to get on board with Ouya. With the prospect of used game killing tech being implemented by the big boys and annual upgrades for Ouya I don't know where to go with gaming. Play the PS3 back catalogue for the next 5 years? There are enough good PS3 games I haven't yet played that this is a viable option.
