I'm surprised they're not going with another 2 Assassin's Creed 3 sequels on consoles.

I pretty much agree. I love AC but I thought 3 was the worst in the franchise so far.
The biggest problem I think was the team was waaaay too damn big. The game was all over the place and lost focus. Parts were brilliant and other parts were awful. It was a very uneven game.
