Forums - Nintendo - Besides Operation Rainfall games, were there any other 3rd party games on the wii that made you wish you owned one?

Muramasa: The Demon Blade was the first game where I was jealous of the Wii. Luckily it's coming out for the Vita. Little King Story had me interested, as well.

Normally I would answer this with Zelda, but the motion control aspect turned me off of a Zelda game for the first time. I also didn't care for the aesthetics or the Harry Potter atmosphere. The last Metroid game got such a mixed reaction that I would only consider it if I already had a Wii.

I know you said "not Rainfall", but honestly, they were the closest I've come to seriously considering a Wii. Actually, now that the Wii U is out, they're one of the reasons I'd like to have one of those, along with the X project.

Not much on motion controls, Mario, or platformers in general, so the Wii never held much appeal for me.

Well, I owned a Wii, but No More Heroes ended up being one of my favourite new IPs of the generation. Monster Hunter Tri and Tatsunoko vs. Capcom would probably also have gotten my attention.

We should create a new one for Bravely Default and DQVII !

Hmmm? No can't say their is. Only Operation Rainfall games got me remotely interested in getting a Wii, never did though but will be getting the Wii U eventually.

None of the Rainfall games are third-party.

Muramasa, Red Steel 2, Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands, Zach and Wiki, Okami, Monster Hunter Tri, and Tatsunoko Vs. Capcom were favorites of mine.

Only Muramasa, but now that that's coming to Vita, that's pretty much it for third party stuff.

If it had been localized, Zangeki no Reginleiv would have made me buy a Wii. SANDLOT FOREVER!
