Absolutely.  I ONLY resort to blocking ads if they're intrusive, otherwise I try to honor a website's income method.

The only other solution for me is to simply not visit that website.  That's why I no longer go to NFL.com if I can help it, because of their auto-play videos.  I hate that crap.

I agree. I don't mind ads. As long as I can stop the audio ones. It doesn't shut up. That needs to be fixed. And fix your other ads. Half the time they fail to even load right.

I'm guessing that's why auto-play video's are forbidden in the OP's? Since the adds won't be heard?



Seriously though, if the reason people can't use auto-play videos in the OP is because the sudden noise may disturb people around them, those adds need to be gone as well.

Not really. Your best bet is to just refresh the page if a audio one plays.

Is using Ad Block any different than pirating a game? You're digitally taking away profits from a company and receiving their products for free.

I severely want to support this site, but the autoplay, infinite repeating, audio add's that cannot be shut off without refreshing the page...is just to much.
