Was in Best Buy yesterday. They only had two Wii Mini's left. So limited edition Canada only. Definitely a great buy for collectors - They will probably sell for a mint in a few years time. Fine if all you do is Just Dance I suppose. Lousy for anyone else - too gimped.

Sold one to a fellow VGCharter (in Europe) kinda wish I'd bought one myself for resell in a few years.

Well, all stores near me that I've checked (Future Shop, Wal-Mart, EBGames etc.) are all selling just the mini version and Future Shop's website is only listing the mini right now.

Holy crap, they stopped selling non-mini Wiis in Canada??? I had no idea! I'm glad I picked up a GameCube-compatible Wii w/ Motion Plus about a year ago. For some reason EB was selling the Sports Resort bundle for just $99: same as Wii Mini and way more functionality.

Yeah, I know. It's a debate of short term loss ($99/Wii I'll never even open/argument with wife over such) Vs long term gain. I probably should buy a bunch and off-load at a US game convention in 10 years when Wii nostalgia is high.
