i didnt understand your horse metaphore could you further explain it?
and of course not everybody can do the same things. people are in different situations. and as you said some people can do stuff in without breaking a sweat while others cant do the same thing in their entire life, its all circumstantial. and its impossibile to detrmine a humans worth. i actually find it wrong to say how much someone is worth, i edited my post and i explained that before you qouted me.

Well, about the horses you mentioned people are born equal - because they have reasoning, one would assume - and should be judged by that and what they accomplish in their lifes. However, much like a horse race, that doesn't simply happen. Jockeys of similar skills can spend the same ammount of time training their horses, however when it comes to the actual race, the breed of the horse will factor in and turn out to be possibly the most important factor. The same goes for our lives in my point of view... even out the conscious effort and likely you are left with what we are born with to decide. And that determines who we are in our ruthless society.
Anyways I think you would expect most of this with the divergence point being other here... most likely we would give a different answer to the following question. Is it better to be born good or to overcome evil nature through great effort?
Now we are straying more or less off topic, because racism would be a tentative of generalization of positive or negative traits over an ethnic group. Assuming the strong influence of these traits in our lives like I mentioned above. And that's... another matter entirely.
