Day1. GG needs to do the next COD Declassified. Seriously.

I really wonder if Activision will make another CoD for Vita. Hopefully it met their prediction in sales. I mean 600k units for a game that was 5 months in development and got a 30 metacritic isn't bad lol.

8 player multiplayer? Wasnt it 16?

Don't know how it will change in the future but for now only 8 player was available during the session for the editors of multiple sites. And I assume it will stay that way but you never know. There is still 8,5 months and it looks already good. Perhaps at least 6v6

If its a solid 4vs4, unlike COD, its not a shame.

Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:

 PS4: 17m   XB1: 10m    WiiU: 10m   Vita: 10m

yeah, shouldn't be too expensive to use the same engine as resistance and just swith the models. i think 600k was profitable so they should give it a 2nd try. maybe not under the label "declassified".

i mean... they agreed to nihilistic games after seeing what they have done before. they should agree to GG, but i doubt GG wants to do a competing IP.

I just were on their site to see if they have done another cool IP yet, as a possibility to bring it to the vita (nothing here) but look what i found:

they are hiring massive.

must-have-list for platforms i don't own yet:

WiiU: Donkey Kong

XBone: Dead Rising 3, Ryse

Exactly, still more than 8 months left to develop, that is more than CoD Declassifieds entire dev time lol

It looks terrific, but I need a proper story mode in it. If not, I am not buying.

i hate "story modes" like the ones in Unit 13 and COD:BLOPS:Declasified. So hopefully KZ:M will have a great story mode.

Dude, it has a story mode. 9 missions of one hour each where you play as a Mercenary. It's story based but not lineair gameplay since you can play in the way you want (tactics). When you complete the Story than you can start with challenges of those 9 levels.

So you are telling me the game is based on 9 missions that follow the same cohesive story plot? If that is so, then I will buy it.   The problem is that so far, the developers of the game are always talking about mission contracts or mission objectives (something like Unit 13), so it looks like you can select from a variaty of missions the one that suits you better, so you may end up killng ISA or Hellghast soldiers.

That is why I dont think it has a proper story mode, and if it indeed has, they are promoting the game the wrong way, because so far, for me it is like another Unit 13 on steroids.

EDIT: info from the psblog: "Danner is a former UCA-soldier who has no qualms about taking on paid contracts from the ISA as well as the Helghast."

"When a seemingly routine mission to evacuate the Vektan Ambassador and his family in Pyrrhus goes awry, Danner discovers that the outcome of the war could very well depend on the fate of the Ambassador’s young son. With both sides going to increasingly desperate lengths to get hold of the boy, he begins to wonder whether the price of victory is really worth the paycheck."

So if you can makes "choices", do you really think it will have a proper story mode depending wether you fight for the ISA or the Helghast??? No way in hell dude.   This game so far according to me does not have a proper story mode.   It just has some story context for each mission (like unit 13) but not a story mode.

It does man..basically what you described is also what shooters have for a story mode doesn't it? Story and context which get's more detailed as you do more missions.
