Have you ever thought that some of those Sony owners want to see Microsoft make legit games outside of Halo, Forza and Fable? They are sick of the repetitive process (and so am I). I agree that people need to be patient for the 720 but I am hopeful that Microsoft pays more attention to their first party next gen because of how many studios they've created.

I fully agree with your last sentence, and that's why I made that comment. I firmly believe MS will offer much more (and hopefully better) 1st party games next gen, but it sounded as if some people in here didn't get that these were new studios that haven't had a chance to release anything yet.


they were saying it to let it be known that they were new and didn't just trump the quality of the Sony studios i guess since Jaywood compared Sony and MS

 

it was more of like a "anybody could go out and just buy and make a bunch random unknown studios" type of thing but idk

 

Nintendo and Sony could do the same but they dont

 

Sony really doesn't let JUST ANY studio become apart of Sony

if Jaywood would have put Ninty in place of Sony in this thread then there would have been Nintendo fans in this thread pointing out the same thing that the Sony fans have pointed out.

even M$ has no clue if these studios will be any good but you can bet that they hope so lol


MS definitely has no choice but to buy and create gaming houses, because the third party exclusives are going to dry up for the Playstation/Microsoft brands. Nintendo is probably the only brand that will get true third party exclusives all year round once their marketshare expands. Microsoft knows they have to fend for themselves so preparing new internal gaming houses and buying up independent houses to help with XBLA and Kinect as well will only help them. They need to impress on their own next gen.

Pretty much this, but all 3rd party support I see Wii U getting are the odd Japanese ones...

This list still the same? Don't take it too serious guys. Sine Mora is also on the PS3 yet is listed TWICE on 3rd party studios with Microsoft.

Don't see that happening MS doesn't seem to care about the JRPG crowd which is another reason that I buy both PS and Xbox so I can have a good variety of games.

For whatever reason you think this list has something to do with exclusives and it doesn't  It is about partnerships and first party.  Sine Mora was published by Microsoft and developed by both Grasshopper Manufacture and Digital reality.

If you want to guide me towards partnerships then go ahead but this has nothing to do with exclusives.  because that you clearly missed the point of this thread. This has everything to do with next generation and companies, not exclusives to let you know.  If you want to go make an exclusive list for each console then be my guest but that is not what this thread is.  i already divided SCEJ into three companies when in reality it is one to make people feel better but ok.

Its an incomplete list and contains errors. Sine Mora was published by Microsoft, so Microsoft published a game on PS3 and Vita? LMAO you should know better, you make this thread and then point me towards wikipedia? Even knowing the publisher for the PS3/Vita versions is not listed? Do your homework.

Drinkbox studios has no ties to just Sony. Not only have they released a game for Windows, but have done work with EA and Activision.

Queasy Games is an independent studio in which Sony published 2 games for them.

Tell me what the very first logo that pops up on this.  yeah that is right, microsoft.  So no do not tell me to do my homework.  Two different publishers.

Now as I was saying, i will add those studios no problem but just tell me instead of accusing me.
