I doubt we will see Uncharted 4 as a launch title. We will get a little tease (tell us it's in development) but nothing more. Off topic but is anyone else excited to see Killzone 4 from GG as well as their new IP? They said 2013 will be their biggest and best year yet. Anyone think GG will have 2 launch titles for the PS4?

not two but they will definitely have one for Launch. I'm curious to see what they go with..KZ4 or new IP. I guess it depends on what other first party offerings are there. If sony has some other MP based games for launch from first party we might see the new IP

People were just blinded by the jump in quality and the multiplayer addition. UC3 is better in every regard except it has more pop in, unless you have a hybrid HDD or SDD or digital version. UC2 had what I considered immersion breaking collision correction on jumps. Most of the jumping and climbing in that game made me wtf, kind of like those few giant insane jumps in UCGA. There is nothing graphically pleasing about witnessing your character noticably accellerate in mid air. That's like the equivelent of auto aim on a FPS but cranked up unreasonably.
Oh and the ending didn't make any sense. Giant blue guys? Very dissapointing climax except for the boss battle. Which I couldn't take seriously because it was a step down from the good UC1 ending, even with the lame boss battle.

The hell? UC2 is way better than UC3 in terms of the single player. UC3 focused on set pieces first and story next, which is the wrong way to do it imo.

I have to disagree. I found UC3 to have a better story. I played all 3 back to back and platinuming on the way. I know opinions differ but Uncharted 2 didn't feel as congruent as the first one and shambhala was a big let down for me. From the mountain village and after was dissapointing compared to the start. Properly evolving is important in a cinematic experience so I view it as the lowest one. Granted, they are all great games, but if I had to rank them, this is it.

I'll keep playing Uncharted as long as they put out new games :)
I make videos that are sometimes funny I think?

I have to disagree man. I thought when it came to polish, story and villians Uc2 was much much better than UC3. I do think UC3 mp > UC2 tho

UC2 focused on setpieces first as well, they've claimed that in interviews. But sure, it could be more noticable on UC3 but dont you think they changed their approach.
Ive got plenty of reasons to why UC3 is above UC2 for me but from a technical gameplay point which is what ill only say here is the repetiveness of UC2. Not only do you kill about >200 guys more in UC2, but the whole gaming is essientally go forward and shoot whereas UC3 really has a ton of variation by starting slow, giving some "drag drake along the journey" kind of moments with brawls, chase sequences that are actually way faster than the UC2 standard of just running from people shooting you (Which also was in UC1) etc. The game as a whole is much more diverse, allowing me to beat it 25 times without feeling bored. I have a hard time putting it down once I play it. With UC2 on the other hand, I get bored of the shooting and thats nearly what the entire game is about. The fact that the guns lack recoil and have spread instead makes the game feel easier too. In UC3, you actually have recoil hence making the shooting a lot harder and the AI constantly try to push you out of cover and flank you.
UC3 from a gameplay standpoint to me, was a lot more diverse and challenging. Yes there are flaws with the AI seeing you through the desert storm and they dont react to gun bullets as dramatically as UC2 but I prefer it by a ton. Mostly though its the levels. You'll see me boot up the cartagena scene and just watch Drake and Sully meet several times, or chasing Talbot in Yemen, vertical gunplay, brawls, riding on a horse while shooting, drug sequence(s), and major setpieces which completely changes drakes animations as well as serves as an icing on the actual gameplay. The climbing and actions Drake do are much faster as well which feels more responsive, whereas in UC2, you want Drake to climb up something and after that "X" you find yourself waiting a rather lengthy time in contrast to UC3. Yeah its a minor thing but going from UC3 to UC2, it tends to bug me.
So yeah, I LOVE Uncharted as a whole, but there is a reason why UC3 made me so obsessed. I just cant stop playing it. The flow and pacing of the game in terms of the mechanics being used and the way those "awesome moments" are integrated just addict me.
And then theres the whole treasure hunting just being a mechanism to show a more personal and deeper story whereas UC2 was more about the treasure hunt itself rather than the characters.
