Yes, it's quite random, I just saw it on a blog and thought it would stay nice in my sig, so I put it there, I don't even know much of Obama's government as I don't live in the USA.

The scale and atmosphere of Racoon City in RE3 blew away the first two games, and Nemesis is the most memorable and difficult boss ever in my opinion.
