by far this gen (well PS3 ) was my favourite of all time. even beating my childhood PS1 days

I don't know, a lot more because of steam sales :P.

On console a helluva lots less Let me think
like 10 PS3 games, 6-8 Wii Games, and like 5-6 Xbox Games, 10 DS Games, 5-6 Ipad Games, 10 PSP Games.


I rent mostly on console.

You buy a new console and end up only buying 2 or 4 games for it. Sorry that doesn't make sense to me at all. That's right there is a BIG waste of money.

i know but i brought the Gamebube for £10 of my brother a year after launch, the Xbox1 for about £200 but i still brought mostly PS2 games (Halo1,2 & KOTOR 1,2). My Wii was £35 including 2 games and i havent brought anymore yet and the 360 was £199 but was by far the worst system i ever brought and had so little games i only had it 2 years after launch tops the sold it. My PSP only ever had around 8 games its whole life time too

Last gen, GC and PS2 combined i had 40 games
This gen i own 35 Wii games, so even if the number is lower, the attach rate is quite higher in Nintendos favor...

Well guess everyone have their own opinion. After playing and owning almost every console ever made for 25+ years with the PS3 is my worst gaming console ever.

Playstation 2: 148 games (but mostly games that I bought for 10€ approx few years ago, I think only 40/50 were fully priced)
Playstation 3 : 31 games fully priced. I started playing less and less back in 2010, and completely stopped in mid 2012 because of social life and League of Legends which, unlike common MMOs, can be stopped whenever you want (eventhough I spent 300€ on Lol in 3 years....)

I purchased and completed more games this Gen because the HD graphics made it oh so much sweeter. Plus, I made more money by far than I did as a teenager. This gen was badass though PS3 and next box need to start the new one asap.
