This is fucking great... I've heard stories of people waiting months just to get refunds from them.

Hope no one sold one of those massive C.E. bundles on ebay before they were shipped to you. That would be a sucky situation :/

I've already been charged, too. I placed my order way back in June, but that doesn't make me feel any more confident given how shit they apparently are.

Just got a email confirming my Delievery Confirmation #....WOOOHOOOOO!!!! my order didn't get canceled.

Its a cliusterfuck and dont expect to get any useful information from Digital River, they are useless hacks. Thats IF you can get them on the phone! I'm probably going to have to end up disputing the charge with my bank seeing as how they charged for an item that never even existed. Seems kind of hard to do when Namco's policy is they dont bill until your item ships.

Just got my e-mail saying mine has been sent out, should be here by Tuesday. I am really really excited!
