I got the part about new Zelda being non-linear, but wtf is "rethink Zelda conventions"? Some drastic changes? Back to the roots? All of the above?

Isn't it in OoT 3D where you can replay the bosses in any order on demand. Can't remember.

:( I don't feel this is necessary. Wind Waker was beautiful to look at anyway. It's an amazing game for sure, but - well I'm sure you all know what I wanted by now

I think Majora's Mask is the only Zelda game where you can replay the bosses (outside of Boss Rush modes or the likes like Skyward Sword).

I never beat it (stopped when I lost my save point after beating the water temple...), but this is from wikipedia for OoT 3D:

a new "Boss Challenge" mode that allows the player to fight all of the bosses one at a time, or in sequential order

Yeah but that's a different mode. I think MM is the only Zelda game when you can fight the bosses again in the story mode and is require to complete some side quest. I guess SS also counts since you get some items for completing the Boss Challange.

This game looks pretty damn awesome. Hopefully they'll do something to adjust the whole Triforce collecting at the end (add another dungeon maybe?) but this looks very good.

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.

System seller for me, Windwaker is my favourite Zelda.

    R.I.P Mr Iwata :'(

Is making HD remakes all they could do? It looks good, but I thought Nintendo was innovate copying Sony won't help.

Already had one, but got a feeling a lot more people will be jelly now.
