Forums - Sony - Forbes: Sayonara Sony

at people like ethomaz who say this is an old article, that even more proves kowenickis point. it is an old article which was talking about the future of sony, now we are in this future and what happened to sony? they are on the way to come back which shows that this article was probably garbage.

looking back at old articles of writers is a much better way to check if he is someone who knows what he is talking about as looking at new articles because you can check if the writer was really right with what he predicted.

Around the Network

This guy is completely clueless.

Sony has the exact OPPOSITE problem that he describes. They focus too much on innovation and bells and whistles but not enough on overall value. Thus their products are seen as too expensive because they have tons of features that no one cares about.

Exactly my point.

to be honest, i didn't read the article and now after i read it, it was little bit different to what i thought but my post stands, one year old articles are not bad to check if the guy has a clue about what he is talking about. they are probably better as new articles to argue about him.

Lol, at the articles suggested:
- How Kodak failed,
- Better, faster, cheaper, is not innovation: Kodak and Microsoft
- Why Best Buy is going out of business... gradually

quite an obsession.

It has have decided amongst the moderation team that this would have made a good post in the thread that it is response to but didn't need it own thread. With that I am locking this thread.
