So where do I fit in? I surfed vgchartz since back in 2006 when they had the really old bar chartz and a blue and white theme. I then registered in 2009 and posted mostly in the articles with Oniyide and livingmetal. I then slowly started posting in the forums in 2010 and then asked for a permaban in late 2011, november 2011. I then re-emerged from my pheonix as happydolphin in Jan 2012 and for 3 months only spurge, Machina and Rol knew it was me., it's now 2013 and I have 9k posts.

I'd say the count starts when you make your first forum post (same reason KingofRedLions was accepted to the 2012 newcomer contest), so I guess that makes you a 2010 user?

@the-1. Well, the rules of 2012 newcomer threads can't change the truth that I am, and always will consider myself a 2009er, despite it all. Weird, hey?

Oh, I remember when you were just a newborn vgchartzer, and you made a comment in one of the articles and you got a ton of thumbs up. I was like "I like this guy".

I remember when I was just starting to read the forums, about this guy called Rolstoppable that I never seemed to agree with his opinions for some reason. How things change!

I too remember my article days. To be honest though, I was basically fishing for up votes back then to get myself a decent reputation. Same reason I almost had 30 posts per day. Those were the days

I congratulate you, my fellow NewComers and 2010/2011 Members! We have done well in gathering together. We have shown that we are worthy, and maybe even a little spammy. But that doesn't matter!
