I gave up trying to convince the tin foil hat wearers years ago. They can listen to hours of irrefutable facts showing that 911 happened just as the official reports say and they will say it's a lie. Some people want to believe everything is a conspiracy.

edit: i was in my english class when i saw the plans hit the towers. never gave to much thought about it.

i'm not gonna go jumping to conclusions on who did it and everything but the evidence against the official story is overwhelming.

So because I question things & have done research I must also think that my brain waves are being read & must be protected by the wonder product knowen as tin foil?

Questioning 9/11 does not equal mental illness.

Questioning things is fine and healthy, refusing to accept the truth could be a form of mental illness.

I really don't have the patience to go through this all again, at least not tonight.  11 years of this, and these discussions are always filled with the same false information.  Thermite and hearing explosions despite thermite not being an explosive, claiming the towers fell at the rate of gravity despite debris clearly falling faster than the core of the tower, a missile hitting the pentagon despite plenty of debris from the plane being found as well as things like knocked over light poles and a destroyed generator that the plane ran through before hitting the Pentagon.

One thing I'll never understand about 9/11 conspiracy theorists, is why the massive, at times contradictory, conspiracy?  If the crux of the argument was that the government did it, why not just say the CIA convinced AQ to carry out the attack or something to that effect.  Instead they go for the grand conspiracy involving thousands, and somehow they've kept all these people quiet.  Why didn't the Bush administration just plant some WMD's in Iraq if they were so competent.

Sure, & I could say the very same thing to you.  We have two different ideas of what the truth is.  You believe that three planes penetrated NORAD & hit their targets in highly populated areas without being intercepted by luck.  You believe that the American governments desire for a "new Pearl Harbor" to hasten their military objectives had nothing to do with the apparent ease that the attacks were carried off with.  I think the opposite.

Watch all of this documentary if you are sincere about questioning things being healthy.  If you refuse to accept that truth is not one sided then thats just ignorance not illness.
