Nope. A-10 according to the newest rumors, and even those are months old.

Off topic question (to you maybe) which popped up in head right now: Do you by any chance know what the name is of an old overhead-view action-adventure DBZ game (of I think SNES era) where the player uses 'cards' (a bit like the new Paper Mario, but not exactly as such) to choose their attack? |
i have those games but they are all japanese.. They were for the famicom There are 3 of them.. Translated it was: Fierce battle saiyans.. Freeza the planet destroyer and the third one was called battle artifical humans or something like that.. Never finished those games.. Didnt understand them completely.. But i was super impressed when trunks turned super saiyan.. Couldnt believe that back then how awesome it was to watch that cutscene.. Google dragon ball z famicom for more info

Agreed, they learned there lesson last gen as if they released the Wii with specs that were even 5X less powerful instead of 20X, I do not beleive we would have witnessed the amazing catch up that the 360 and PS3 have performed against it.
I beleive once we see the launch of the PS4/720 vs whatever NIntendo has to offer at E3, the nay sayers will finally have to put a sock in it!

I understand what the newest rumours are. IGN is claiming that the "previous" rumours were true, lol.

According to IGN, PS4 will be more powerful than the 720, due to the integrated graphics on the A8 that could be used together with the HD 7670.

:D oh they will..but I get the felling it won't be the set of nay sayers you are referring to
For those who are wondering here are the latest rumors vita GAF
PS4 "Orbis"
- AMD x86 3.2GHz APU Solution (Jaguar/Steamroller), 4 cores (2 core pairs), [Higher Clock than X720/Durango]
- Maybe AMD 8000 series GPU solution [Customised Solution Possibly utilising GPU + APU combo]
- 2-4GB GDDR5
- Launch Fall 2013/Early 2014
Explanation: PS4 has a higher clock, but less cores and is using an APU solution (CPU & GPU elements combined onto a single chip). The PS4 has less RAM but is using faster GDDR ram, so the overall performance should be a wash.
For more information, Jeff Rigby's rumour roundup.
Xbox 720 "Durango"
- AMD x86 Jaguar 1.6GHZ 8-Core [Targeting one core being dedicated for OS tasks]
- AMD 8000 series GPU
- ESRAM on the GPU (unknown amount)
- 8GB Ram DDR3, [1.5GB of RAM likely reserved for the operating system]
- Launch 2013

The rumors being new do not mean anything. Rumors are just....rumors. The A10 could be true and A8 could also be true, we simple don't know yet.

I remember learning that console specs are underpowered in the early stages of development and the final kits are usually better.
Before the PS3 everyone was nice to me :(

Don't know about the all the specs but in terms of RAM is the other way around. Early dev kits usually have double the RAM of the final ones.
