Those WiiU sales are terrible.

They need to do something and quick, sales are dipping everywhere.

Sales for all consoles have dipped heavily in general, but I agree that the WiiU is doing exceptionally bad. There are just no games to play. I got Nintendo land at launch and my parents could only play 1 thing, Mario Chase which is literally just 1 analog stick and d-pads.

They ate up Wii Sports but I think Nintendo expected too much and didn't deliver enough. (720p Mario? Plz gimme 1080 3D and we'll talk)

Wii U is the new Vita.

But Nintendo stills has Zelda, Pokemon and Mario to work this on.

Everything looks pretty grim with the exception of 3DS. Animal Crossing still doing quite well.

Not surprising though since games are lacking. I think this is a pattern we will see with launches (3DS, Vita, Wii U), PS4 and Xbox will suffer the same fate. People are waiting for the library of games before buying.

Vita is kinda weird, they showed their hand and they turned out to be bad games. Nintendo is being super-secretive right now and I'm not sure that's helping. This might be the 1st Nintendo console to have a game not worth buying near launch.

NES-Duck Hunt, SMB SNES-SMW N64-SM64 GC-Melee Wii-Wii Sports WiiU-Random 720p 2D mario released in the same year as NSMB2. Nintendo Land is fun for a while but it gets old quicker than Wii Sports if you've ever played a good Mario Party.

Pokemon on a home console isn't the seller it is on a handheld, there is already a mario game.
