Simple, Which is better, more fun, better quality as a Local multiplayer franchise?

Ill go with Mario and Sonic. Mario Party has lost alot of energy it used to have. MP9 is better than any other MP's post N64 but still not as awesome as MP2. I nearly fell asleep with 8

I like party on N64, just a blast! That, MK64, and SSB was my (and friends)most played gaming in those years

Hell yeah! Mario Party 2 is still one of the best party games to date^^  

I really enjoy the Mario Party Gameplay, but it has gone down in quality over the years. (I haven't played MP9 yet.)

I would have to go with Mario and Sonic.

I'll go with Mario Party, but that is because I'm a sucker for it. I have not played MP9 yet though, because of the vehicle mechanic. I hope that the next MP will be good, they should be pumping out more of them.

Mario Party 2 was my sh!t back when i was younger. That was the only Mario Party game that me and a bunch of friends would randomly play out of the blue

i somehow never got around to playing much of the Gamecube and Wii Mario Party titles lol

I only really played Mario Party 2, 3 and DS extensively though

Mario Party DS was pretty much garbage and Mario Party 3 was ok but it wasn't better than Mario Party 2 imo

Mario party with ONLINE. I was so optimistic that MP8 was going to have it, fail.
then for sure MP9,....once again. don't fail me again nintendo.
However, if I'm not mistaken, MP9 would be developed by someone else than hudson right?
