Anyway people are crazy when saying a $100 price cut, that's insane. Nintendo is not going to cut the price until minimum 6 months on the market and a max of $70

Nothing has much more casual appeal. 2D Mario has both the core and casual gamer. If that game can't sell Wii U, nothing can.

(Zelda is too far off, Smash Bros not coming anytime soon)

as a reference, the earnings report from the companies are only up until the end of last year, they will not reflect any of the numbers these past two weeks and going forward until april.

i have seen the list that is suppose to save the wii u, the only game that is a syytem seller is dragonquest, the rest are not system sellers, because people don't care about the motion tech games anymore,.

I think Ninty needs to pull the Wii off the market right here right now. I remember the early 3DS had the same issues with parallel sales of the DS.

nintendo fan logic if it not exclusive it can't sell systems.

Another thread for my "Wii U Doom" folder :D

 

Anyway, I have a feeling that we have been here before, with the 3DS. The console will keep struggling until games release, it's the same with the Vita and I'm not making excuses unlike some other people did half a year ago. But Panictendo is best 'tendo, so I'm not worried. With the console doing this poorly, I might even get some free stuff down the line. Also, I know what games the console will get and so I already know 100% that the purchase was worth it, unlike my PSV, where I still struggle to find THAT game. I hope Soul Sacrifice and God Eater 2 will rectify this, but right now both consoles perform poorly, but Wii U does still better than the PSV, so I'm content.



Ongoing bet with think-man: He wins if MH4 releases in any shape or form on PSV in 2013, I win if it doesn't.
