If pokemon did it then it might be huge for nintendo, it might actually make them more money then most of there game sales. but coming to think about it didnt pokemon already do this? i remember the card game being huge like 10 years back (atleast where i lived)


not with the main series.  This actually just falls into my previous conversation with you even more.  Good pokemon games sell extremely well where as knockoffs fall to mediocre or bad numbers.  


yes main series pokemon sales sell like hot cakes and its im surprised they didnt do what activision are doing now with skylanders. if skylanders can make 500$ million in two years, only god knows how much nintendo could make if they play their cards right

Because Pokemon's forumula already works well.  A part of the game is trying to find those pokemon in the game and if you take that away and put toys into the mix then I feel like it will take away from the formula.  I could just buy the strongest pokemon from the get go and never have to find and catch anything.

Yeah, it's pretty amazing to me that this almost dead franchise has caught fire with kids because of the toys.  What a brilliant strategy indeed.  I wonder if the game is any good?
