who would have thought before this gen that sony has to fight so hard to win the years with only such a slight advantage


I know, I sure wouldn't have. There's no denying that the 360 is a strong competitor.  I guess I just get tired of people saying how bad the PS3 is, or is selling. It's still a dominating console, but it's just not the only game in town anymore.

Oh no no you are misunderstanding me. Kinect is great for those who like a good workout, but I'm talking about quality exclusives in the perspective of a gamer not a casual.

yes, i think it's great when consoles sell so close to each other, let them really work hard for their success.

Competition is great for the industry. Look at the quality titles Sony and Microsoft have released because of the ongoing compeition for second place. In the end it might not be the best for business but it sure as hell is best for gamers.

360 also out shipped in 2010 and 2011 I believe.

But through it all, 360 managed to remain 2nd for 7 years. PS3 is scratching and clawing to become a shadow of its brands former glory.

Bottom line, you guys are lowering the bar for yourselves.



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

By the time the 360 stops selling the PS3 will already have attained second place.

Edit - This also will prove that PS3 will have a longer life cycle than the 360. You see, Sony actually supports their older hardware and thanks their consumers. Microsoft on the other hand just wants to take the cash and runs as fast as they can.

again, just so we know.

Or with the 720 and PS4, and Wiiu allready out....its like making a joke at a comedy club and the audience allready left to see the comedy act next door.Sure your still on stage, but the ppl have moved on. But sure, your welcome to laugh anyways
