That is a horrible prediction. There is a clear Sony bias and 360 couldnt be more wrong.
Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

It's not an awful predition for 2008... they just get the split between HD consoles wrong... the Wii is almost on spot and the total sales is too... the wrong part is the HD sales balance.
It's a amazing 2008 predition.... so accurate.

So you admit sales matter? Your DNA is taking control from the PS1 and PS2 forefathers?
Gonna take some games, melt them down to a liquid, and then inject them into your bloodstream so you can get high off of sales??? ;P

You see like you want to see but the prediction is accurate... a 2008 prediction where the only mistake is the balance between 360 and PS3.
I have to give my congratulations to IDC... fantastic prediction.

In 2012 360 is at 40 million while PS3 is at 105+
Ok......thats kinda a big mistake.

Why did you came here? Sales matter of course... I think you're confusing me with someone else.

It's says right there that they sent out the press release on November 16th. Their shipped numbers were everything up until Nov. 4th, which would already seem to be gearing up for the holiday season. That is unless they wanted to wait until the last minute to get ready for the holiday shopping season (Black Friday was about 2 and half weeks away from that date.)

My bad just that outside vgchartz the PS3 fan consensus is that sales dont matter. Its literally a strict concentration on games, with no regards to sales.
I wish all PS3 fans were like you in this regard.

PS3 + 360 = 150m
Amazing prediction... I already said the only mistake is the balance of the HD consoles... they did an AMAZING prediction for the market grow and overall sales for Wii and HD consoles five years ago.
I'm surprised how accurate they are with that prediction.
