Incorrect. It would conflict with the law that says you can't discriminate based on sexual orientation, specifically, when providing a good or service (marriage ceremony). As the churches would clearly be denying the 'sale' because of orientation it would be illegal.

If religion is a suitable legal reason for discriminating, then I hereby invent HateBlackPeopleIsm, whereby my shop doesn't serve people with dark skin because it is against the decree of our holy scripture.



if someone wants to isolate an entire customer base because of their hate they should be allowed to unless its publicly traded. That's my opinion.

I am arguing current UK law here.

And that is it is illegal to discriminate right? and I'm saying that law is stupid. If someone wants to not accept someones money they should be able to do so

What they mean is removing gender in prohibition of one individual’s rights to marry another adult.  So marry the person they choose of either gender.  In the same way permitting both genders to vote is ‘Voter Equality.’

 



 

Really not sure I see any point of Consol over PC's since Kinect, Wii and other alternative ways to play have been abandoned.
