Me neither.. And here I thought I was the only one. I was actually extremely close to picking one up, but this was shortly before the 360 came out and I decided to just opt for a brand new console, plus I had more than enough gaming at the time with Gamecube, DC, plus a decent gaming PC.

Best selling console ever - fine. But best? I don't think so. Not by a long shot. Games are what make a console, and for all it's sales, it didn't bring out as many memorable games as the ridiculously undersold yet incredible N64 or GameCube. Congratulations to Sony anyway for the best selling games con...... Zzzzzz

Why all the sad comments, it's bound to happen (if it's not real), and the thing has sold like any other game console will do ....probably ever. One should only rejoice of it's achievements, and the end of that cycle.

This worries me. I've had my PS2 for 10 years now. It might breakdown soon. I may never play PS2 games again.

A great console, ive started collecting all the old school PS2 games and various PS2 models and colours. The Playstation 2 had a epic run.
