Kojiro from the pokemon tv series in a ''thinking/i look cool'' pose and behind him is Reggie Fils-Aime with a strange look on his face, it's a personal representation of the haters of all kinds, who are always trying to hide the fact that they are distracted and uncomfortable when this whom they hate is all happy behind them, it's also an internal (mine) joke and Kojiro is my favorite pokemon character :D
