I know! I just wanted to include myself in it. :P
Besides gaming...
Reading comic books, I have a HUGE collection and have not finished reading all that has arrived lately
Reading books, specially fantasy but I am going slow because of so many comics
Watching TV, just a few shows here and there
Watching movies, mostly 1 or 2 over the weekends
And as a resolution for this year I will pick up my guitar again and going to learn a new language. Also by may I will start going to a gym 3 times a week.
I actually really love surfing. I find it a great, relaxing way of passing my time whenever I find myself with a little extra time to spare. I remember my first days when I really had no idea of how to do it and just kept making mistake after mistake to the point where I thought I would never get a hold on it. Pretty much all my friends where doing it though, so I kept turning to them for help and advice until I eventually got a decent understanding of the concept.
It all changed, however, when I finally got myself my very own computer to practice with :) My life was never the same.

Indeed. There were a lot of instances when a panzer shot a sherman and the bullet just went straight through it from front to back. A funny thing though is that at the start of the war, the allies had more and better tanks than the germans. The often forgottan french tanks outclassed the german ones. (And the British Mathilda tanks were invurnurable to any german tank) It was how the germans used them that allowed them to take france and poland so fast. |
That's because after the 1st World War ended with the Treaty of Versailles, the germans couldn't produce tanks, so the ones they made (the Panzer I and II) had to be disguised as farm tractors. Soon before the war, they did the Panzer III which was already quite good and with the later Panzer IV things changed radically.
And while the Mathilda had a very good armor (Rommel had luck with the 88's), the problem it had was that it was slow, like most of the other tanks of the era minus the german ones who used the speed as an advantage for their Blitzkrieg.
Please excuse my bad English.

They may be some French over here, but I mean VgChartz is in majority composed with English speaking users.
OMG, I forgot to mention in the OP that cooking is is a biiiiig hobby of mine.
Yesterday I made a chili with diced beef instead of minced meat, and fresh as well as sundried tomatoes instead of canned, fresh paprika instead of paprika powder, chipotle paste instead of chili, and megadeath sauce to make it spicier (and of course the usual ingredients like beans and a little garlick).
Turned out awesome :D
I LOVE ICELAND!
